We kicked off the weekend with a marriage license.
So far, we have a date, license and a general idea of where we’ll get married. Just need that proposal and to work out a few details.
We’re dreaming of a day for us. We’ll get dressed up and chauffeured around to our favorite spots in Tampa Bay in a vintage white Deland. Perhaps we’ll get married on the porch of the Vinoy or in an St. Pete park. One thing is for sure, we want to keep it simple and special, allowing the meaning of the day to remain at the forefront – a celebration of our love past, present, and future. We’ll share our celebration with close friends and family at a later time. Likely, we’ll host a rustic, outdoor dinner both here in Florida and in Maine. We may even put our guests to work to help prepare our feast, keeping the event true to us and our values. We’re grateful our family and friends have been supportive and understanding of our decision. We really are SO excited!
